Alpacas Available for Purchase

At Derbyshire Alpacas, we have both male and female Huacaya animals for sale in a variety of colours from white to black with all the fawns, tans and browns in between. All of our alpacas are registered with the British Alpaca Society.

Our females for sale vary in age from sixteen months upwards and we will confirm pregnancy at the point of sale. We also have males for sale, either as pets or as studs, in an excellent range of colours. Gelded males make ideal pets and can graze together quite happily. Any animal purchased is given a certificate of health following an inspection by our vet and will be fully vaccinated. All of our animals are inspected annually by the vet and are microchipped for identification purposes.

We will be happy to show visitors our alpacas and provide further details of dietary requirements and husbandry management. We are always available the the end of the phone to help in any way we can. Alpacas are a joy to own, they are very inquisitive and make beautiful pets and react very well to children and other animals. In fact, we suggest that you give up your television as you will spend all your time watching your alpacas in the fields!
