Grahame Gargini MBAcC MRCHM is the clinical director of The Centre for Natural Fertility. Traditional Chinese Medicine incorporating acupuncture, Chinese herbs and nutrition and the application of these treatment modes to Fertility is an area Grahame has worked with for the last 8 years, helping many couples through the natural fertility route and assisted conception treatment.

He encompasses his thorough knowledge of nutrition as part of his practise and often uses an extensive range of blood and urine laboratory testing and an advanced form of health screening using Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement (BIM).

Grahame is also the founder and manager of The Natural Healthcare Centre, a multi-discipline complementary health centre in the East Midlands. Grahame has been practising for 15 years and as the owner and manager has a thorough understanding of the role Complementary and Alternative Medicine can play in achieving, maintaining and optimising health, with special reference to fertility issues.

As a qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist Anil has been helping people with emotional and physical distress in the Burton, Derby, Lichfield, Uttoxeter and surrounding area's for the last seven years.

Along the way Anil has been updating his knowledge and skills by qualifying in (NLP) Neuro Linguistic Programming, (EFT) Emotional Freedom Technique, Life Coaching and Business Coaching.

Anil graduated in 2001 from the college of Transformational Therapy based in Nottingham, they provide training in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP.

Anil has a special interest in the emotional component to fertility issues. The impact of emotional factors on successful conception is significant and the combination of Chinese medicine and hypnotherapy can address this in a very positive way. Conventional treatment programmes can do very little in this area.

Anil has written many articles for magazine and newspapers on personal and emotional issues, he now is the resident expert on psychological matters for a glossy publication called BTN which focuses on the Burton upon Trent area.

Andrea Clarke    BA (Hons) MCThA

Andrea has over 12 years experience in complementary therapy, specialising in reflexology, therapeutic massage and energy field healing. Reproreflexology^TM, a specialist area concerned with both male and female infertility and how we can achieve optimum results with natural methods – specifically reflexology; however it also utilises other techniques to balance, stimulate or sedate various endocrine glands, guided meditations, energy work, lifestyle/exercise and nutrition.

Andrea has a keen interest in empowering the individual to make informed choices in their own healthcare. "For me, reflexology is one of the most valuable health tools around – clients will often comment on how emotionally nurtured they feel after a session. Infertility will often cause great stresses for individuals and couples, reflexology can help to address these imbalances and help to ease the whole process whether you choose wholly natural methods or assisted ones."

Reflexology works on specific points on the feet (or hands) – reflexes. You will find this therapy especially emotionally supportive, relaxing, calming, balancing and it provides an excellent form of stress relief – a component often overlooked in infertility issues.
